5齒坯要求
5.1蝸桿、蝸輪在加工、檢驗(yàn)、安裝時(shí)的徑向、軸向基準(zhǔn)面應(yīng)盡可能一致,并應(yīng)在相應(yīng)的零件工作圖上予以標(biāo)注。
5.2蝸桿、蝸輪的齒坯公差包括軸、孔的尺寸、形狀和位置公差,以及基準(zhǔn)面的跳動(dòng)。各項(xiàng)公差值,推薦采用附錄A4的規(guī)定。
6蝸桿、蝸輪的檢驗(yàn)與公差
6.1根據(jù)蝸桿傳動(dòng)的工作要求和生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,在各公差組中選定一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)組來評(píng)定和驗(yàn)收蝸桿、蝸輪的精度。當(dāng)檢驗(yàn)組中有兩項(xiàng)或兩項(xiàng)以上的誤差時(shí),應(yīng)以檢驗(yàn)組中最低的一項(xiàng)精度來評(píng)定蝸桿、蝸輪的精度等級(jí)。
第Ⅰ公差組的檢驗(yàn)組:
蝸桿:—
蝸輪:△Fi′;
△FP,△FPK;
△FP(用于5~12級(jí));
△Fr(用于9~12級(jí));
△Fi″(用于7~12級(jí));
第二公差組的檢驗(yàn)組:
蝸桿:△fh,△fhL(用于單頭蝸桿);
△fpx,△fhL (用于多頭蝸桿);
△fpx,△fpxL,△fr;
△fpx,△fpxL (用于7~9級(jí));
△fpx(用于10~12級(jí))。
蝸輪:△fi′;
△fi″(用于7~12級(jí));
△fPt(用于5~12級(jí))。
第三公差組的檢驗(yàn)組:
蝸桿:△ff1;
蝸輪:△ff2。
當(dāng)蝸桿副的接觸斑點(diǎn)有要求時(shí),蝸輪的齒形誤差△ff2可不進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。
若制造廠與訂貨者雙方有專門協(xié)議時(shí),應(yīng)按協(xié)議的規(guī)定進(jìn)行蝸桿、蝸輪精度的驗(yàn)收、評(píng)定。
6.2對(duì)于各精度等級(jí),蝸桿、蝸輪各檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目 的公差或極限偏差的數(shù)值規(guī)定如下:
蝸桿的fh、fhL、fpx、fpxL、ff1和ff值分別按表2、表3的規(guī)定;
蝸輪的FP(FPK)、Fr、fi″值分別按表4、表5、表6的規(guī)定;
蝸輪的fi″、fPt、ff2值分別按表7、表8、表9的規(guī)定;
蝸輪的Fi′、fi′值按下列關(guān)系式計(jì)算確定:Fi′=fp+ff2;
fi′=0.6(fpt+ff2)。
6.3本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的公差值是以蝸桿、蝸輪的工作軸線為測(cè)量的基準(zhǔn)軸線。當(dāng)實(shí)際測(cè)量基準(zhǔn)不符合本規(guī)定定時(shí),應(yīng)從測(cè)量結(jié)果中消除基準(zhǔn)不同所帶來的影響。
